Auction topper ESHA June leaves for Swedish owner

The auction topper of the most recent edition of the European Sport Horse Auction left for his new Swedish owner today.

The three-year-old stallion Vagabond-Blue (Vagabond de la Pomme x Chacco Blue x Hermes d'Authieux) went under the hammer in Lochristi during the successful June auction for € 43,000. The handsome stallion received a new blanket from Léon by Belise (from Ben Schuurmans and Liselotte Verhelst) when he left.

Meanwhile the organization is already busy preparing the five-day auction, which will take place in Schijndel at the end of September. “It will be five days in one week with a different offer. One day is reserved for ridden jumpers, one for young jumpers, one for dressage horses, one for foals and one for all types of horses. For that evening pregnant mares, Shetlanders, a Belgian, a Friesian, but also horses without a guarantee can be offered. On the condition that they are healthy." said Dennis Swennen and Kees van den Oetelaar, while Vagabond-Blue starts the journey to his new future.
