Matlock is een fijn bewegende 2,5 jarige hengst die met veel souplesse en lichaamsgebruik loopt. Hij stamt af van de goed presterende hengst Mauro Turfhorst N.O.P.T die momenteel succesvol inter I loopt onder Dinja van Liere. Zijn moeder is de Z2 geklasserde Jazz dochter Alona welke ondermeer het PSG paard Frost T. bracht die in de USA staat. Uit de directe moederlijn komen veel sportpaarden waaronder de Grand-Prix paarden Zidane (v. Rhodium), Warsteiner (v. Riverman) en Symphonie (v. Metall). Matlock is a nicely moving 2.5-year-old stallion who moves with a lot of suppleness and good use of his body. He is sired by the successful stallion Mauro Turfhorst N.O.P.T, who is currently competing successfully at Inter I level under Dinja van Liere. His dam is the Z2-classified Jazz daughter Alona, who also produced the PSG horse Frost T., now based in the USA. From the direct dam line come many sport horses, including the Grand Prix horses Zidane (by Rhodium), Warsteiner (by Riverman) and Symphonie (by Metall).
